Work is easier to talk about before it becomes too much.

Group conversations for employees and business owners about stress, workload, communication and knowing when to seek support. Practical and peer-led. It is not counselling or therapy, and it does not replace professional help.

Pressure at work is common. Saying so is not.

Long hours, unclear expectations, a difficult manager or the weight of running a small business are often carried quietly until they spill into health, sleep or relationships.

These sessions give people a calm place to talk about what helps: boundaries, conversations with a manager or partner, and when and where to look for professional support.

Who this is for

  • Employees, especially early in their careers
  • Managers in small teams
  • Business owners carrying the business largely alone
  • Employers who want to start the conversation in their workplace

What sessions can cover

  • Recognising workload and stress before they build up
  • Talking to a manager or a partner about pressure
  • Boundaries, breaks and difficult weeks
  • Communication habits that reduce friction in a team
  • For owners: noticing strain in a small team and responding fairly
  • When to seek professional help, and how to find it

Boundaries we keep

Facilitators share practical experience, not diagnosis or treatment. Nobody is asked to disclose anything personal. Anyone who needs more is pointed to appropriate professional support; in India the government's Tele-MANAS mental health helpline is available free on 14416.

Sessions you can pick from

Each has a page describing what it covers and how it runs. Run one, or several across a term.

What you should come away with

  • Language for talking about workload and pressure without it becoming a complaint
  • Practical habits for boundaries, breaks and difficult weeks
  • Better conversations with a manager, a team or a business partner
  • Knowing when to look for professional help, and where
  • For owners: how to notice strain in a small team and respond

Scheduled

Nothing scheduled yet

This one is not in the calendar yet

It runs when a college, company or community asks for it. That is usually how the first one gets scheduled.

How GullyFuture works

What each side brings

Most sessions are free for participants. Institutions provide the group and a suitable space. Contributors give their time and experience. GullyFuture shapes the format, coordinates the people and documents what happened.

Contribute

You do not need to be famous or senior. You need relevant experience, the willingness to speak honestly, and respect for the no-selling rule.

You can contribute as a speaker, mentor, interviewer, reviewer, facilitator, host, partner or volunteer.

What we record

Counted from what happened, never estimated.

  • Sessions completed
  • Participants reached
  • Contributors involved
  • Practice or feedback activities completed
  • Participant usefulness feedback
  • Follow-up actions and resources provided
  • Participants who later return as contributors
See how we count

Participation is free for students and individual participants unless a programme says otherwise. Speakers may explain their work, but a session is never a sales pitch.

A better week at work starts with saying it out loud.
