Prepared people, and employers who are genuinely hiring.
Employers tell us about real vacancies and internships. We check who they are, describe the role plainly, help the people we work with prepare, and pass applications on. Nobody pays to apply, and nobody is promised a job.

Job seekers are told to apply everywhere. Employers are told to post everywhere.
Both sides end up with noise: hundreds of applications nobody can read, and listings that are old, vague or fake. People without a placement cell or a network feel it most.
Employment Connections is deliberately small. We pass on openings from employers we have spoken to, to people who have prepared for them, so each conversation has a better chance of being useful to both sides.
Who this is for
- Graduates and job seekers who have taken part in GullyFuture sessions
- Employers, including small businesses, hiring freshers or interns
- Colleges that want their students to hear about genuine openings
What we do
- Speak to the employer and confirm the organisation and the role exist
- Describe the role plainly: the work, location, and pay range where the employer shares it
- Share it with people whose preparation fits
- Help a candidate prepare for that specific opening
- Pass applications to the employer, who makes every hiring decision
What we do not do
- Charge job seekers anything, at any stage
- Promise interviews, offers or jobs
- Share a candidate's details with an employer without their consent
- Pass on roles that ask applicants to pay a fee or a deposit
For employers
Tell us about the role through the employers page. A person will call you to understand it before anything is shared. There is no charge to employers either.
Sessions you can pick from
Each has a page describing what it covers and how it runs. Run one, or several across a term.
What you should come away with
- Access to openings from employers we have spoken to, not scraped listings
- A plain description of each role: work, pay range where shared, location
- Help preparing an application for a specific opening
- Employers who meet candidates already prepared for the conversation
- No fee to job seekers, ever
- Clear warnings about fake job offers and fee-charging agents
Who runs them
Sessions are run by people who do the work
Practitioners, not trainers. Nobody here is paid to speak.
Scheduled
Nothing scheduled yet
This one is not in the calendar yet
It runs when a college, company or community asks for it. That is usually how the first one gets scheduled.
How GullyFuture works
What each side brings
Most sessions are free for participants. Institutions provide the group and a suitable space. Contributors give their time and experience. GullyFuture shapes the format, coordinates the people and documents what happened.
Bring this to your group
Tell us:
- Who the participants are
- Their current stage
- Approximate group size
- City and institution or organisation
- What you want them to understand or practise
- Preferred timing
Contribute
You do not need to be famous or senior. You need relevant experience, the willingness to speak honestly, and respect for the no-selling rule.
You can contribute as a speaker, mentor, interviewer, reviewer, facilitator, host, partner or volunteer.
Contribute your experienceWhat we record
Counted from what happened, never estimated.
- Sessions completed
- Participants reached
- Contributors involved
- Practice or feedback activities completed
- Participant usefulness feedback
- Follow-up actions and resources provided
- Participants who later return as contributors
Participation is free for students and individual participants unless a programme says otherwise. Speakers may explain their work, but a session is never a sales pitch.
Fewer, better introductions.
Share a vacancy, or prepare for one.
