Terms of Use
Plain terms for a free community platform. Last updated 17 August 2026.
Who we are
GullyFuture is operated by Gully Future Foundation, #257, 3rd floor, Sri Nanjundeshwara Complex, Nagarbhavi 8th Block, outer Ring Rd, Bengaluru - 560072. You can reach us at hello@gullyfuture.com.
What this site is
A platform for organising community sessions and publishing what comes out of them. It is free to use. We do not charge participants, and we do not pay contributors.
Your account
You do not need an account to read the site or to register for most sessions. If you create one, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has it. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
You may close your account at any time. We will remove your profile and personal details; records of sessions you attended stay in our attendance figures in a form that does not identify you.
What you post
Stories, applications and messages you send us remain yours. By submitting them you give us permission to edit them for length and clarity and to publish them on this site, crediting you the way you asked. Nothing you submit is published without you seeing the final version first.
Do not post anything that:
- is not yours to post
- names people who have not agreed to be named
- is untrue, abusive, or intended to harass somebody
- promotes a product or service — a session is not a pitch
We remove content that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why.
Sessions and registrations
Registering for a session is a commitment to turn up, not a contract. Places are limited and somebody who wanted your seat did not get it, so tell us if you cannot make it.
We may change or cancel a session. If we do, we will email everybody registered as soon as we know.
Advice given at sessions
Speakers and mentors share their own experience and opinions. They are not giving professional, legal, medical or financial advice, and neither are we. Decisions you make after a session are yours.
Availability
We run this on a small budget. The site may be unavailable occasionally, and we do not promise uninterrupted service.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially we will say so on this page and, where it affects you directly, by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
