Engineering students in direct conversation with working professionals, recruiters and entrepreneurs about career options, industry expectations, projects, resumes, interviews, networking and what a first job is really like.

Project Clinics

A working professional looks at your project and asks what an interviewer would.

Student teams present their final-year or mini project to a working professional, who reads it the way an interviewer would: what the problem was, what part was yours, what you would change, and the questions you cannot yet answer.

Mock Interview Drives

A day on campus with real interview panels and written feedback.

Volunteer interviewers from industry run one-to-one mock interviews with a college's students over a day, and each student leaves with written feedback on what worked and what to practise next.

Placement Readiness Weeks

A planned run of sessions for a final-year batch, built with the college.

A short sequence of sessions for one batch, agreed with the college beforehand: resume and profile, communication, project presentation, mock interviews and a talk from an employer. The college chooses the mix; we run it.

Higher Studies After Engineering

A master's, an MBA, GATE or a job first — decided with people who chose each.

People who took each route — an MTech through GATE, an MS abroad, an MBA, research, a public-sector role, or work first and study later — describe what it involved, what it cost and where it led, so the choice is made on information rather than on what everybody else is doing.

Fourteen sessions taking business and management students from the shape of a whole company, through each function, into the decisions managers actually make — and finishing with founders describing what it is really like.
