For employers
Meet people who have prepared
GullyFuture prepares students, graduates and people returning to work for real jobs. Employers make that preparation honest: by saying what they hire for, and by meeting the people who are ready.
Ways to take part
- Share a vacancy or internship. Tell us about a real opening. We speak to you first, describe it plainly to people who have prepared for it, and pass on applications. You make every hiring decision. Get in touch
- Explain what you hire for. Join a college session for an hour to describe the role, the work and the standard you expect. Students hear it from the person who hires. Get in touch
- Lend an interviewer or mentor. Run mock interviews or review resumes in a Job Readiness Programme. Volunteers may not sell or recruit for a fee. Get in touch
- Teach a practical skill. Lead a Hands-on Skills session on a tool or routine your team uses every day. Get in touch
- Fund or sponsor a programme. Support a programme with a college or a group of small businesses. We agree in writing what the money is for and report back on how it was used. Get in touch
The ground rules
- • No fee is charged to job seekers at any stage, and roles that ask applicants to pay are not passed on.
- • We do not promise you candidates, or candidates a job. We make introductions; you decide.
- • Candidates' details are shared with you only with their consent, and used only for that opening.
- • Sessions are for explaining the work, not for advertising products or paid courses.
Start with a conversation
Tell us what you are hiring for or how you would like to help. A person will reply, usually within two working days.
