Suitable work should be reachable by more people.
For people who face extra barriers to work. We aim to work alongside specialist organisations, so that preparation, training and introductions to employers are designed with the people they are for.

The same advice does not work for everyone.
A person with a disability, a first-generation graduate without a network, or someone returning after years away can face barriers that a standard career session does not address.
Specialist organisations already understand many of these barriers deeply. Our part is what we do well: bringing practitioners and employers into the room. We want to do that together with those organisations, not instead of them.
Who this is for
- People with disabilities looking for training or work
- First-generation graduates and students from under-served communities
- People returning after long gaps
- Specialist organisations and employers committed to inclusive hiring
What this can include
- Sessions shaped with participants and partner organisations
- Accessible venues, formats and materials agreed in advance
- Practical job-readiness and skills sessions adapted to the group
- Introductions to employers who have said they hire inclusively
- Pointers to official schemes and specialist services, where they fit
Where this stands
We are looking for specialist partner organisations to build this with. If you run one, or you are an employer committed to inclusive hiring, we would like to hear from you.
Sessions you can pick from
Each has a page describing what it covers and how it runs. Run one, or several across a term.
What you should come away with
- Sessions designed with, not just for, the people attending
- Accessible formats agreed in advance
- Introductions to specialist organisations where they fit
- Employers who have said they are open to hiring inclusively
- Preparation that respects each person's own goals
Who runs them
Sessions are run by people who do the work
Practitioners, not trainers. Nobody here is paid to speak.
Scheduled
Nothing scheduled yet
This one is not in the calendar yet
It runs when a college, company or community asks for it. That is usually how the first one gets scheduled.

How GullyFuture works
What each side brings
Most sessions are free for participants. Institutions provide the group and a suitable space. Contributors give their time and experience. GullyFuture shapes the format, coordinates the people and documents what happened.
Bring this to your group
Tell us:
- Who the participants are
- Their current stage
- Approximate group size
- City and institution or organisation
- What you want them to understand or practise
- Preferred timing
Contribute
You do not need to be famous or senior. You need relevant experience, the willingness to speak honestly, and respect for the no-selling rule.
You can contribute as a speaker, mentor, interviewer, reviewer, facilitator, host, partner or volunteer.
Contribute your experienceWhat we record
Counted from what happened, never estimated.
- Sessions completed
- Participants reached
- Contributors involved
- Practice or feedback activities completed
- Participant usefulness feedback
- Follow-up actions and resources provided
- Participants who later return as contributors
Participation is free for students and individual participants unless a programme says otherwise. Speakers may explain their work, but a session is never a sales pitch.
