Her background spans NCLT insolvency litigation, contract advisory and in-house legal counsel — so she sees both the boardroom policy and the courtroom reality of the same problem. She acts as an external member and advisor to organisations setting up neutral grievance redressal.
She is NLP certified in Foundation and Emotional Mastery, which she applies to sensitive workplace inquiries and mediation.
