Fifteen years of designing enterprise software, where the measure of good design is how much work it takes off somebody's desk.
Ashwini has spent fifteen years in product design and user experience, most of it on enterprise software — the internal tools, dashboards and self-service portals that people use because their job requires it, not because they chose to.
He works independently as a UX consultant, and has previously been at Rakuten Symphony, Experis India on Dell products, Externetworks on AT&T products, Regalix and Improvement Interactive.
The results he points to are the ones that can be counted: a redesign that cut manual effort by 30%, a self-service portal that reached 98% adoption, and more than 150 projects delivered.
He works in Figma, Adobe XD and Sketch, and holds a BCA from Annamalai University.
