Entrepreneur Initiative

You built a business. But how are you doing?

People often ask entrepreneurs about revenue, customers, employees, growth, and the next big plan. Very few ask about the person carrying all of it.

Are you sleeping well?
Do you have someone you can speak to honestly?
Are you enjoying what you built, or are you simply trying to survive another month?

Are You Happy? is a community initiative by Gully Future Foundation for entrepreneurs who are carrying more than others can see. It is a place to talk about real business challenges, learn from people who have been through them, and find practical ways to move forward.

Your business matters. You matter too.

Entrepreneurship Can Feel Lonely

An entrepreneur is expected to have answers. Customers want quick decisions. Employees need direction. Suppliers expect payment. Families look for stability. The business needs constant attention.

Many entrepreneurs carry these questions alone because they feel they must always appear confident. Here, you do not have to pretend that everything is fine.

Even when things are going well, there may be a quiet fear in the background:

  • What if sales slow down?
  • What if a major customer leaves?
  • What if salaries become difficult?
  • What if I make the wrong decision?
  • What if the business depends too much on me?

What May Be Keeping You Awake?

These pressures are real. Talking about them does not make you weak.

Money

Sales may be happening, but cash may still be tight. Customers delay payments. Salaries, rent, taxes, loans, suppliers, and personal expenses do not wait.

Sales

You may be working hard, meeting people, sending proposals, and following up repeatedly without knowing where the next confirmed order will come from.

Customers

Some customers change the scope, delay approvals, expect urgent delivery, negotiate heavily, or postpone payment after the work is completed.

Employees

Finding good people is difficult. Keeping them engaged is another challenge. You may be dealing with poor performance, sudden resignations, unclear ownership, or a team that depends on you for every decision.

Daily Operations

The day disappears in calls, follow-ups, complaints, meetings, and urgent work. Important plans keep getting postponed because immediate problems always come first.

Growth

Growth sounds exciting, but it brings new pressure. More customers may require more employees, more working capital, better systems, and larger commitments.

Decisions

You may have to decide quickly without having complete information. Hiring, pricing, investment, partnerships, expansion, and customer commitments can all carry risk.

Family and Health

The business may continue even when you are tired. Family time gets postponed. Sleep is disturbed. Exercise stops. Personal goals move further away.

Fear of Failure

There may be concern about losing money, reputation, relationships, or the trust of people who believed in you.

Why We Created This Community

Entrepreneurs often receive advice about how to grow a business. There are fewer places where they can speak honestly about what running that business is doing to them.

Are You Happy? brings together entrepreneurs, experienced professionals, mentors, and contributors who are willing to listen, share what they have learned, and offer practical guidance.

We are not here to celebrate only success. We also want to talk about real challenges.

We also want to talk about:

The customer who did not pay
The employee who left unexpectedly
The proposal that was rejected
The partnership that went wrong
The month when salaries were difficult
The mistake that cost time or money
The decision that did not work
The courage it took to begin again

Real stories create real connection.
