Community Initiative

Are You Happy?

A place to pause, speak, listen, and move forward

We ask people many questions: how is work, business, studies, or family? But there is one question we often forget to ask: Are you happy?

Sometimes life looks fine from the outside. A person may be working, studying, running a business, caring for a family, or meeting every responsibility expected of them. Yet inside, they may be feeling tired, worried, confused, lonely, or unsure about what to do next.

Are You Happy? is a community initiative of Gully Future Foundation created for those moments. It is a place where people can speak honestly, listen to real experiences, learn something useful, and find the courage to take the next step. You do not have to face everything alone.

Our Core Message

You are not alone. Every challenge can be spoken about, understood, and faced with the right support. Real people. Real challenges. Real possibilities.

Take Part

Speak about your challenge, listen to someone's experience, or contribute your support.

Why We Started This Initiative

Stress does not look the same for everyone. Many continue quietly because they do not know whom to speak to, fear being judged, or believe asking for help is a sign of weakness.

"Every person deserves to be heard, supported, and treated with dignity."

For someone whose business is not doing well, carrying the load alone.

What is Are You Happy?

Are You Happy? is a community-led initiative that brings people together through real stories, useful conversations, practical sessions, helpful resources, and human connection.

It is not a place where people are expected to have all the answers. It is a place where they can be honest about the questions.

Share Experience

Here, someone's experience may help another person avoid a critical mistake.

Give Hope

A difficult journey shared honestly may give someone else the hope to keep going.

Shift Perspective

A conversation may help a person see their situation from a completely new angle.

Get Support

A useful introduction may connect someone to the right professional support.

Sometimes, even being heard can make the next step feel possible.

We Are Beginning with Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs are often expected to stay strong. They are responsible for customers, employees, payments, salaries, sales, operations, families, and the future of their businesses.

They may be carrying financial pressure, delayed payments, customer complaints, employee problems, competition, uncertainty, long working hours, and fear of failure. Yet many entrepreneurs have no safe space to speak honestly about what they are going through.

We are beginning with them because the person behind the business matters too. Explore the Entrepreneur Community →

Through this initiative, entrepreneurs can:

  • Speak about real business and personal challenges
  • Learn from others who have faced similar situations
  • Receive practical guidance from experienced people
  • Improve the way they manage money, sales, teams, and operations
  • Recover from setbacks without losing confidence
  • Build healthier working habits
  • Find relevant mentors, professionals, and resources
  • Create more space for family, health, and personal well-being

How We Support People

A structured framework focused on depth, empathy, and practical guidance.

Real Stories

Not polished stories created only to impress. We want honest stories about difficult decisions, mistakes, failures, recovery, learning, and growth. Stories that make another person say, "I am not the only one."

Meaningful Conversations

We create online and offline spaces where people can speak without being judged or pressured to appear perfect.

Practical Sessions

Our sessions are designed to be simple, relevant, and useful. The goal is not only to discuss a challenge, but to help people understand what they can do next.

Experienced Contributors

Entrepreneurs, professionals, teachers, doctors, counsellors, mentors, finance and legal experts who contribute their experience and knowledge.

Helpful Resources

We will share videos, checklists, templates, worksheets, learning materials, and useful contacts.

Community Connections

Where appropriate, we may connect people with mentors, professionals, organisations, support groups, or qualified service providers.

Our Vision

A world where people do not have to suffer silently.

We want to help create a world where people feel safe to speak about what they are going through. A world where asking for support is seen as courage. A world where people can find understanding, guidance, connection, happiness, and peace of mind.

Our Possibility

Joy. Fulfilment. Accomplishment. Connection. Peace of mind.

When people feel heard, they see their situation more clearly. When they learn from others, they feel less alone. When they receive practical guidance, they take action. When they support someone else, their own experience gains meaning.

How You Can Be Part of It

You do not need to be an expert. Contribution does not always begin with expertise. Sometimes, it begins with empathy.

Share Your Story

Something you experienced may help another person feel less alone. Share what happened, what you learned, and what you would do differently.

A Community for Everyone
